Setting Up True Value Telecommunications Overview

Complete the following setup before you begin using True Value telecommunications:

• Set up telecommunications options in Options Configuration

• Set up vendor information for True Value

• Modify the True Value control streams

• Set up COTUTL

You must have a working async modem and phone line hooked up to your Epicor Eagle™ system. Your Local Platform Specialist (LPS) should have already set it up for you. You must also be set up to do async communications on True Value's system. If you are not set up yet, you must contact Order Processing at 1-800-828-3658.
