The following explains the changes to Epicor Eagle™ Accounts Receivable for Windows on level 24.2506 (Eagle for Windows level 11.5038). A new option in Options Configuration, "Print Statements In Apply To Order," allows you to print the documents for an open item account in apply-to order. As each invoice prints, the payments, credits and adjustments applied to that invoice print immediately after it.
(Advanced Laser Document Printing users only) If you print Accounts Receivable collated laser invoices, you can now print them on any of the POS form types:
Retail Form (Form "R")
Contractor Form (Form "C")
Alternate Contractor Form (Form "N")
Extended Alternate Form (Form "X")
Extended Contractor Form (Form "Y")
Prior to this change, only the X Form was supported. The new option "Layout To Use For A/R Statements Tiled Invoices," in Options Configuration under Subsystem "A/R", Options "All," determines what form type will be used.
E-Statements is a purchase option that enables you to E-mail Accounts Receivable statements to selected customers. The statement is E-mailed as an HTML file attachment, or as embedded HTML. If you have an iNet Accounts On-Line website, your customers can also view their archived statements online. You must have iNet Connect and an in-store Internet connection to use E-Statements. E-Invoices is a purchase option that enables you to E-mail invoices in a Text and/or PDF format to selected customers. If you have an iNet Accounts On-Line website, your customers can view their archived invoices online at your store’s iNet site. You must have iNet Connect and an in-store internet connection to use E-Invoices. You must also have Document Management software to send invoices in PDF format, which look exactly like the in-store invoice, including the customer’s signature if you have Signature Capture software and a signature capture device.
