Eagle retailers using Epicor FFL Compliance Manager can use Service and Repair to track firearms accepted for repair on a Service Order. The acquisition of the gun is recorded to FFLCM when the gun is checked-in for repair on a Service Order. When the Service Order is invoiced the disposition of the gun is recorded to FFLCM. Requires using Repair Type F (Firearms) which is available to users with Option 1403 “Firearms Compliance Application on System” set to F (FFL Compliance Manager).
