Eagle Alerts is an online log for events in Epicor Eagle™ and Epicor Eagle™ for Windows. When an alert is detected by a program, a new alert is created. Alerts notify you about standard system issues such as Backup Failed, Credit Card Settlement Failed, and Offline Upload Failed. You can also set up custom alerts and reminders. There are supporting applications to let you view any or all alerts. If you have iNet Connect then you can also receive E-mail notification when an alert occurs. Eagle Alerts is composed of the following functions:
Alert Viewer— Displays current and historical alerts.
Eagle Browser Current Alerts Page— Displays the signed-on user’s current alerts and reminders.
Alert Notification— When a new alert is received, the taskbar icon for the Alerts Viewer flashes, and a sound is heard to warn you of the alert. If desired, you can customize the sound, as in any Eagle for Windows application. If you have iNet Connect, you may choose to receive alerts via email.
Alert User Profile— A window that is used to designate which users receive a particular alert. iNet Connect users: you can set up email alerts in this window.
