Set Up Ace Telecommunications Overview

The following is an overview of the setup process for Ace Telecom. Click any of the links to go to the corresponding help topic.

If you do NOT have a broadband internet connection, you will use async communications. To do so, you must have a working async modem and phone line hooked up to your Epicor Eagle system. Your Local Platform Specialist (LPS) should have already set it up for you. You must also be set up to do async communications on Ace's system.  If you are not set up yet, you must contact Ace Member Services at 800-777-6797.
