Overview of the TV REWARDS Setup Process

The following steps must be completed to set up the True Value Rewards (TV REWARDS) program on your system:

  1. After you enroll in the True Value Rewards program, Epicor is notified of your launch date.

  2. Epicor Software Corporation™ must have contacted you to verify that:

  1. If you have never used True Value Telecommunications on your Eagle system before (i.e. to transmit an order, download promotions, receive ERP, etc), you must contact True Value at 1(800)828-3658 so they can set you up on their system.

  2. Sign up for web-based training on how to use the TV REWARDS application.

  3. Set up the Receipt Printer Opt. field in Function MTR.

  4. Set up loyalty program options.

  5. Add the TV REWARDS Mailer SKUs in Inventory Maintenance.

  6. Add security for Functions TVC and TV REWARDS, and set up the vendor record. and set up the vendor record.

  7. Set up defaults for the True Value Rewards program in Function TVC.

  8. Set up default customer for Customer QuickAdd

  9. Link customers’ TV REWARDS number to his/her account in Function TV REWARDS.

  10. Verify that Function COTUTL is set up with your member number(s), store number(s), and coupon SKU.
