Overview of the Ace Rewards Setup Process

The following steps must be completed to set up the Ace Rewards program on your system:

  1. Epicor Software Corporation™ must have contacted you to verify that:

  1. If you have never received hotsheets (EFM) before, you must contact Ace Electronic Services at 800-777-6797.

  2. If you already receive EFM and it runs automatically in an end-of-day queue, you must delete the EFM queue and recreate it so that the system automatically adds an additional command ("EFMC”) to the transmission which enables the download of Ace Rewards cash customers.

  3. Sign up for web-based training on how to use the Ace Rewards application at www.activant.com/wcc.

  4. Set up the Receipt Printer Opt. field in Function MTR.

  5. Set up loyalty program options.

  6. Add the Ace Rewards SKU in Inventory Maintenance.

  7. Add security for Functions ARCM and HHC, and set up the vendor record.

  8. Set up defaults for the Ace Rewards program in Function HCC.

  9. Link customers’ Ace Rewards number to his/her account in Function HHC.

  10. Set Up Ace Rewards New Member Signup.
