In addition to looking up purchase orders and item information in the Purchasing and Receiving window, you can also use the purchasing viewers to display information. Viewers display the information in a grid. For information about working with grids, click here.
The following purchasing viewers are available:
Purchase Order Viewer— To access this viewer, click the Go To button in the Purchasing and Receiving window, then click View purchase orders.
Purchase Order Archive— To access this viewer, click the Go To button in the Purchasing and Receiving window, then click View archived POs.
Inventory Viewer— To access this viewer, click the Go To button in the Purchasing and Receiving window, then click View Inventory.
Item Sales History Viewer— To access this viewer, click the Go To button, then click View item sales history.
Purchase History Viewer— To access this viewer, click the Go To button, then click View item purchase history.
Promo History Viewer— To access this viewer, click the GoTo button, then click View Promo History.
